I pray that we honour our ancestors who founded Montreal powered by the Holy Spirit. I pray that the Catholic community start from scratch again to serve the aging, the poor and the abandoned, if we could have sisters and brothers serving God first; open Paliatif Homes, Hospital Volunteers, Catholic Outreach in the streets, converting Church basements to refuges, food banks, a place to come together and support one an other in the name of Jesus.

Yesterday , when I saw this story of the 375th anniversary Mass on the news, I could not believe my eyes when I saw Justin Trudeau giving a speech in the Catholic Cathedral in Montreal. It is absolutely scandalous that this man, who is vocally "pro choice," and was responsible for bringing in Canada's euthanasia bill, should be welcomed into the Cathedral and surrounded by priests and bishops while he gives one of his speeches on "diversity." I am completely dismayed and confused that the CCCB would allow this.
