In accordance with public-health regulations in the ‘‘red zone,’’ only 250 people are allowed inside the Cathedral at one time, and entry is permitted only by the main door on René-Lévesque Boulevard.

For Holy Week, all Catholic parishes in Montreal are following public-health regulations as applicable in ‘‘red zones,’’ in addition to diocesan authorities’ instructions to find measures that will allow parishioners to spend a moment of meditation, alone or with their families, in their place of worship. Contact your parish to learn the details about openings for public worship.
