The event will begin with a procession that starts at Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours Chapel at 3:00 pm. A Great Blessing of Waters will then take place on the Clock Tower Quay from 3:15 to 4:00 pm.
Dr. Adriana Bara, National Director, will attend and represent CNEWA Canada.
