He was a prophet in words and deeds, speaking the truth about human rights violations in his country. Montreal's Oscar Romero Foundation and St.Teresa of Avila mission are among the organizers. Msgr. Pierre Blanchard, Director of the Office for Cultural and Ritual Communities at the Archdiocese of Montreal, will preside.
