An Experience of Faith and Hope 

In this Jubilee year, young confirmands and their godparents are invited to take part in a unique experience during Holy Spirit Day, which will be celebrated as part of the Palm Saturday festivities starting at the Basilica of Saint-Joseph Oratory on Saturday, April 12, 2025. 

The 2025 Palm Sunday Walk will be a 5 km pilgrimage, filled with prayer, praise, and inspiring testimonies. Under the theme Pilgrims of Hope, this day of fraternity and spiritual renewal will conclude with the blessing of the palms, marking the beginning of Holy Week. 

Who is it for? 

• Young confirmands enrolled in a catechetical program in the Archdiocese of Montreal who will receive the sacrament of confirmation this year 
• Accompanied by their godparent, as well as pastoral leaders and catechists
