Mass for Vocations to the Priesthood in the Diocese of Montreal

Archbishop Christian Lépine of Montreal warmly invites each of you to join him on April 29, 2022, and give thanks to the Master of the Harvest for the vocations of priests present and future.
Those attending this celebration will include:
- the seminarians, Rector and College of instructors of the Grand Séminaire de l’Archidiocèse de Montréal (GSAM);
- families and friends of the seminarians of the GSAM;
- professors and students of the GSAM;
- candidates contemplating a vocation to the priesthood for the Diocese of Montreal;
- sponsors of the Vocational Works of the Diocese of Montreal (Œuvre des Vocations du Diocèse de Montréal);
- members of the Invisible Monastery of those suffering and praying for vocations of diocesan priests;
- Fondation du Grand Séminaire de Montréal donors;
- religious in communities of consecrated life who foster the vocations of the priests of tomorrow through their fervent prayers and generous donations;
- priests and deacons working in many parishes in our diocese; and
- many others for whom priestly vocations are a heartfelt prayer.
The Mass will be celebrated at 7:30 p.m. at Mary Queen of the World Cathedral Basilica in Montreal. The ceremony will also be broadcast on Salt and Light Media.
For those who wish to, a visit may be made to the Eucharistic Miracles of the World Exhibition of Blessed Carlo Acutis, which will be held from Monday, April 25 to Friday, May 13, 2022, at Mary Queen of the World Cathedral Basilica in Montreal.
Let us thank the Good Shepherd with all our hearts and in the joy of the Resurrection for the gift of vocations present and future.
