During his November 20 general audience, which coincided with World Children's Day, Pope Francis announced that Blesseds Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati will be canonized in 2025. Acutis will be elevated during the Jubilee of Teenagers, April 25-27, and Frassati during the Jubilee of Youth, July 28–Aug. 3. The canonizations are expected to draw thousands of young people to Rome for the Jubilee of Hope.
