On February 11, 2025, we celebrate the 33rd World Day of the Sick, an opportunity for prayer, reflection, and solidarity with those who are ill and their caregivers. This year’s theme, inspired by the words of Saint Paul, reminds us: “Hope does not disappoint” (Rom 5:5).

In the context of the Jubilee Year 2025, Pope Francis invites us to be "pilgrims of hope," finding strength even in times of trial. His message emphasizes how God accompanies the suffering through encounter, gift, and sharing, offering His grace and the strength of His Spirit to sustain us.

Let us unite in prayer for all who are sick and those who support them, trusting in the promise of God’s enduring hope and love.
