The Holy Family of Bordeaux is celebrating 125 years of missionary presence in Canada (1901-2026). This is a year of thanksgiving for the entire spiritual family of Pierre Bienvenu Noailles, who arrived in Canada from France on September 16, 1901.

On July 16, more than 500 people from around the world came together online for a webinar dedicated to the dignity and rights of migrants — a moment of shared reflection, and also a concrete call to pastoral and political action.

The title "Consolata" names the Virgin Mary as our Mother of Consolation. Her missionaries have shaped Catholic life in Montreal since 1976, and in Canada since 1952.

Each year, on the fourth Sunday of July, the Church dedicates a day to grandparents and the elderly, established by Pope Francis to fall close to the feast of Sts. Joachim and Anne, the grandparents of Jesus.
