As part of the Jubilee of the Poor in the Archdiocese of Montreal, the team of Notre-Dame de la rue embodies a Church that steps out to meet the most marginalized. Founded in 2013 by Fr. Claude Paradis, this mission reaches individuals experiencing homelessness across Montreal every week.

Accompanied by dedicated volunteers, Fr. Paradis walks the streets offering a listening ear, prayer, and spiritual support to those living on society’s margins. Beyond material assistance, Notre-Dame de la rue seeks to restore meaning, dignity, and hope through a compassionate and pastoral presence.
