Tough Conversations
Online Workshop – December 10, 2025, at 7 p.m.

Children and parents often bring us their toughest questions — about faith, the world, suffering, and life. How do we respond with wisdom, compassion, and truth? How can catechists and parents journey together when those conversations are difficult?

Join us for an interactive formation session designed for catechists and parents alike:
“Tough Conversations: How to Address Challenging Questions with Faith and Compassion.”

Rooted in Scripture and inspired by Jesus’ encounters in the Gospels, this 90-minute online workshop will help participants:

• Understand what children’s difficult questions reveal about their faith journey

• Strengthen listening and communication skills modeled by Jesus

• Create the right setting and posture for honest dialogue

• Collaborate effectively with parents through sensitive conversations

• Set healthy boundaries for catechists and families

• Integrate prayer and discernment in moments of uncertainty

• Recognize what worries young people today — and offer hope
